Lithuanian Entrepreneurs welcomed to Uganda.

Honorary Consul Mr. Hrishikesa Madhvani took great pleasure in welcoming three Lithuanian entrepreneurs who are visiting Uganda. Mr. Tomas Montvilas, Mr. Arnas Petravičius and Mr. Dalius Budvytis have each voluntarily came to visit Uganda in partnership with the Grow Movement Organisation, established to "unlock the potential of entrepreneurs in Uganda, Rwanda and Malawi by matching them with volunteer business consultants from around the world." Together, they have spent time working with a local family business engaging in farming, property and other entrepreneurial activities in Uganda, sharing their business knowledge and acument to try and help the business become more efficient and successful.

Hrishikesa Madhvani applauded the three entrepreneurs for their proactive approach towards their work, and was very excited about their impressions of the country so far. They have spent time working with the family business in question in the northern town of Masindi along the banks of the River Nile, and are set to visit the town of Jinja, where they will tour the sugar cane plantation of Kakira. Mr. Madhvani further remarked: "This type of collaboration sets a strong foundation and precedent for an exciting bilateral partnership between Lithuania and Uganda."
